Shipping Information

We have it set up on the bigger items to ship UPS, you will need to verify your shipping zip code to calculate or it will default to $999 for shipping. If you have any questions on shipping, email us along with the item number from the contact page and include your zip code and we will get you an estimate.

We Require up to 5 business days to ship covers and up to 15 business days to ship apparel items.

Attention International Buyers

We are set up to ship international via USPS International Flat Rate. We are adding shipping calculations by country so if your location is not on the site then please email us at sales@jse-repair.com with your order and I will get you a price shipped.

Shipping via USPS Priority International can exceed 21 business days, with that said please understand that we cannot speed up the shipment.

USPS Shipping Service Alert

The United States Postal Service is currently facing unprecedented challenges due to under funding, COVID-19. At this point, JSE cannot predict how these challenges will affect shipments in the future. Please be patient with shipments, as they may be held up in the mail. Shipping insurance claims and lost packages protocols will be in line with USPS policy at the time of shipment. This store will not be held responsible for shipping delays and losses unless an insurance claim is approved.

DOMESTIC

Domestic shipping is still available! JSE is shipping domestic orders via USPS multiple times a week! Please note that the United States Postal Service is under a lot of strain right now, so your package may take additional days to reach you beyond the regular shipping times. A domestic package is not considered “lost” until 15 business days after the day it was shipped. If Priority Mail shipping is selected at purchase it does not mean Priority Processing, it only means the package is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to strains places on the USPS postal system by COVID-19 all international packages will be shipped via USPS should be considered as delayed. Please read USPS service alerts for your country, many countries are experiencing delays or cannot be shipped to at this time. If your shipping address is in one of the countries that USPS cannot ship to right now, please do not place an order. Your package will not be able to make it to you and will be sent back to JSE (hopefully!!). Refunds will only be given when and if JSE receives a refund from the USPS. Please allow extra time for COVID-19 related delays, the postal services of many countries are incredibly strained right now.

Shipping Policies

  • Domestic shipments are shipped USPS priority or First Class depending on weight.
  • International shipments are shipped USPS Priority International. Customers receiving international packages may be charged import taxes and brokerage fees by USPS. JSE cannot estimate or pre-charge you these fees. JSE has no power over the rates of the import taxes. They are different in every country. If the fees are not paid by the customer the package will be abandoned. Full refunds are not available in this situation.
  • A domestic package is not considered “lost” until 15 business days after the day it was shipped.
  • No replacements will be made if the item is “marked delivered” by the postal service at the address you provided.
  • If your purchase arrives damaged, please immediately photograph it and contact me.
  • No replacements will be made 30 days after the ship date.
  • For international orders, replacements will not be made until after the insurance claim is approved by USPS, and will not be made if the insurance claim is not approved.
  • USPS does not always update tracking on shipments, they miss scans etc. JSE can only see the tracking you see and cannot get any more detail than what you get.
