A little about our Dust Covers and Hats
We have been making dust covers for local hams for a many years now. Our dust covers are mesh backed vinyl and are open backed with a basic embroidery of either your callsign or the equipment name. We make these to order and it takes up to 5 business days, 7 business days during Holidays, to fill orders. We ship orders via USPS mail to the U.S. or wherever the U.S. mail does priority international flat rate. Free Shipping in the U.S. to you that’s right, we do not charge shipping in the U.S. We do not work on covers on the weekend so please keep that in mind when you order them.
We get our material on 40-yard rolls from one company and we have a min and max thickness that they adhere to. We will try to make sure that each cover in an order is of the same roll but please understand that the material does vary from roll to roll. Please note that due to the manufacturing process, you may have what we refer to as the “New Car” or “petroleum” smell, this does go away over time. If you want a certain thickness, then it is best to email us first to see if we have that thickness in stock.
We list covers for sale on this site in our e-Store and also can make you custom covers based on your dimensions. We have different options for all my covers so that you can choose what best fits your needs and your budget. Our basic covers are $27 and the covers that we have permission to use logo’s on go up from there. You can also order via the Radio Dust Cover Order Form if you need either a custom cover that is not listed or if you want to pay by check.
We can digitize Club Logo’s for your hats starting at $30, this is a one time fee. Once the logo is digitized, you can select a type of hat and choose the options you want with it. Please note that we do not keep a lot of stock on hats so most orders will take about 5~10 business days to ship. If you want a particular hat, that is not shown then email us and we can find one for you. Hat prices start at $16 and you can choose which options you want to add.

We use the Melco line for our embroidery machines, these are 16 head commercial machines and provide quality embroidery on our covers, hats and patches. We also embroidery Jackets, Shirts, Dog Collars, Reflective Vests and much more.
